Tarheel delivers the engineered hazardous waste treatment centre at JAHWTF under a Build, Operate and Transfer framework with Dubai Municipality — engineering, constructing and operating a 1.3 million m³ containment and treatment facility for hazardous waste streams generated across the emirate.
